The Bali Adoption & Rehabilitation Centre is a non profit organization that houses over 120 rescued dogs and puppies; we aim to relieve suffering, starvation, abuse and neglect of the street dogs in Bali.

We endeavor to provide medical care, food, rehabilitation, bedding, sterilization, vaccinations and love to all dogs and puppies. In doing so we wish to educate people on how to care and respect animals and provide adoptions services to suitable homes.

All dogs at the shelter are rabies free and we give ALL dogs a chance, this is what really sets BARC apart from the rest. Any dog brought to BARC will be assessed at the Good Karma Vet Clinic in Ubud, even if they have the slightest chance at life BARC will do everything possible to give the animal a happy and fulfilling life.

Some of BARC's dogs are not adoptable and we wish to raise funds for land to turn the shelter into more of a sanctuary for these dogs to live out there retirement with us.

All of our dogs have names and personalities and are loved unconditionally, they are treated as individuals not just 'another dog'. We also work with Good Karma Vet Clinic that, a privately owned vet that helps the shelter out financially and psychically.
